"Thank you again for making it such an amazing trip. It was so much more than a cooking course - it was a sensory experience of note, with a cultural and history tour included - so much more than what I bargained for."

A Week of French Immersion
Dates for 2010 : May 30 - June 6, October 10-17
Both weeks offer the option of extending an extra week
What better place to take French classes, converse with locals and explore with new friends and on your own? This program will take place in the beautiful
village of St. Rémy de Provence.
Just to let you know, this is the town where you'll find our most
chic and delightful chocolatier!
In collaboration with two superb French language teachers and my many artisan friends in the region, we will share our world and our language with you and give you confidence to go exploring those marvelous markets on your own or in the company of new friends.
The week features 15 hours of group French instruction, (more private hours are possible upon request) accommodations for seven nights 'demi-pension' in a lovely bed and breakfast walking distance to town, with breakfast
plus either lunch or dinner each day.
In keeping with our culinary slant, we will have two cooking classes with our favorite Provençale cuisine teacher, a wine tasting session at an organic winery, and
excursions to the beekeeper (to learn her art and enjoy her fabulous honey recipes!), to my seventh generation baker and a hike/walk out by the sea. Other excursions will be proposed: the cinema, Avignon, touring monuments, and much more.
Sunday evening arrival for our welcome dinner, departure the following Sunday after breakfast.
Price per person 1800Euros
These tours will have a maximum of 10 participants. So do sign up early!
Dates for 2010 : May 30 - June 6, October 10-17
A week's extension of the program is possible. It will include visits to the goat cheese maker, the baker, the potter, the cinema and more.
For the two week option the price per person is 3000Euros.
