Two glorious and different weeks for TEENS. The second week will be followed by an optional 2 day excursion to the glorious Callanques East of Marseille (Aug 4 - 6) in collaboration with our colleagues from C'est si Bon cooking school in North Carolina.

a day at the Theatre Festival in Avignon, picnicking with our favorite vintner and more. Dinner table talk guaranteed to swing from

a bit of yoga to stretch out, plus a massage to work out the sore muscles. Cooking classes, winery visits,
great restaurants, an evening cookout at the beach and a boat ride will fill out your time.

A week of rich Autumn colors, wild mushrooms, terrines, soups,
heartwarming stews, and visits to wineries to taste the year's new wine!

Late Fall Mini-Gourmand The crowds have dissipated, the the weather promises to
still be lovely, brisk and sunny. Chocolate weather is here, and wild game, the season's honeys have been gathered from the hives.. A last moment before the cooler days of winter.
