Price per person : 2250E ($3260) in double room accommodations; 315E ($455) supplement for a single.
A Typical Evening Menu
There are so many ways to explore Provence, and we thought we'd include them all! I believe I'm
not alone in loving hiking, biking, kayaking, yoga (stretching) and indulging in superb food. Thus, I've put
together this 10 day program with two hikes, two biking days, an exploration of the sea by kayak, a couple
yoga classes to stretch out sore muscles, a shiatsu massage to relax and calm you, and four cooking classes in our
light and varied Provençale cuisine.
We'll walk amidst Roman ruins, bike amidst wineries (with a picnic at a hill-top winery), kayak through stone
grottos, and feast our eyes upon the glorious scenery of Provence. Come evening, we'll cook up our supper,
or go out to one of our favorite restaurants. As we tour Provence we'll visit our favorite artisan baker, sample organic wines, learn how our potter makes
her lovely wares, and more...
But not to worry! On market days we'll give you time to explore Arles, to relax, to shop for gifts for friends, and to simply be.
Just to reassure you, there's a laundramat across the street from us--very handy for doing laundry while we cook...
