Dear Madeleine and Erick,

I'm sorry, that as we had to leave so early in the morning we couldn't say a real goodbye, and tell you what a fantastic job you did providing us a terrific week in Provence. The hiking spots were wonderful -- scenic, varied and so much fun to get out in the region. The food was, of course, glorious and you both are absolutely AWESOME in that regard. The rooms were wonderful too, especially the bathrooms, and with Gilbert, and Vergonique and all the others you kindly introduced us to, it all added up to a perfect 10! Have a wonderful spring and summer, and a big hug, kisses and thanks to all!

You are one or more people, and you would like to come to Provence and pick and choose your activities? A bit of private guiding, some cooking classes... We'd be delighted to put together a personalized tour of our favorite sites and friends, and fix marvelous meals together.

Below you'll find a list of the many possibilities. Simply contact us with your dates and the number of people you are, and then we can create a special vacation just for you.

For one or two people:

the half day : 250E

the full day (from 9am - 3pm, 5pm-10pm, includes visits, lunch, a 3 hour cooking class and dinner) 450E

For three or more people:

per person half day : 100E

per person the full day : (from 9am - 3pm, 5pm-10pm, includes visits, lunch, a 3 hour cooking class and dinner) 200E

Simply the workshop meal for a travelling companion : 65E

Wine-tasting at the wineries

A chocolate class (excepting around Christmas and Easter)
hikes/walks in the hills or at the wild beaches
