This offering from our school is in collaboration with a maitre patissier and chocolate maker with whom
we've worked for a number of years. A maximum of 2 students will receive his undivided attention and the benefit of his 35 years' experience
for 3-3 1/2 hour afternoon sessions covering the making of ganache, tempering chocolate, filled bonbons, Easter molds, mousses and much more.
Every morning I will take the student(s) on different visits to the local market, to professional supply and equipment stores,
to wine taste, to explore the flavors and styles of other top-level chocolate makers.
Full board and accommodations just a 5 minute walk from the pastry-shop are included, plus a full-time interpreter
to assist you during the classes and visits.

Extra nights in the B&B are possible for 70E/night with breakfast.
